Pricing

What it costs.

Every price I charge is on this page — weddings, elopements, courthouse ceremonies, engagement sessions and proposals, around Orlando and wherever else you are getting married. You should not have to break the bank to have someone photograph the most important day of your life, and you should not have to get on a call just to find out what it costs.

Weddings

Starting at $750 Collections from 3 to 12 hours — an intimate micro wedding at one end, a twelve-hour day with three photographers and an album at the other.
Intimate / micro wedding 3 hours $750 Three hours — enough for a small wedding from start to finish, or for the three hours of a bigger day that matter most to you. Plenty of couples book it for the ceremony and portraits and skip the reception.
Half Day 5 hours $1,195 Five hours: the end of getting ready, the ceremony, portraits, and the start of the party.
Signature 8 hours $1,795 Eight hours — getting ready, the ceremony, portraits, the speeches and a long stretch of the dancing. Most of a wedding start to finish, with a second photographer if you want one.
Full Day 10 hours + second photographer · printed album · engagement session $3,195 The whole day, from the first curler to the last dance, and a session together months beforehand.
La Érvessa 12 hours + three photographers · vertical video · printed album · engagement session $5,695 Twelve hours, three photographers and a fourth person filming vertical all day, so nothing goes unseen and nothing waits. A premium printed album and two for your parents, an engagement session months beforehand, at least 20 photographs within 48 hours and your first clips the same night.

Elopements

Starting at $1,195 Just the two of you, 3 or 5 hours. I help you find the place and build the day around the light.
Elopement 3 hours $1,195 Just the two of you, somewhere that means something. I help you find it and plan the day around it.
Elopement Day 5 hours $1,995 A whole elopement day — the end of getting ready, the ceremony at sunrise or sunset, portraits, and dinner afterwards.

Courthouse

Starting at $325 Your ceremony at the courthouse, 1 or 2 hours, with portraits somewhere nearby afterwards if you want them.
Courthouse Ceremony 1 hour $325 One hour at the courthouse, yours to use how you like — the ceremony itself, or portraits around downtown afterwards if you have already signed.
Courthouse + Portraits 2 hours $495 Two hours — I am inside for the vows, then we photograph the two of you properly somewhere nearby. Family and group portraits included.

Portraits

Starting at $350 Engagement sessions and proposals — before the wedding, or before there is one.
Engagement Session 90 minutes $350 Ninety minutes of just the two of you, months before the wedding. Two locations, or one with a change of clothes — and the fee comes off your wedding collection if you book one.
Proposal The proposal, plus a 30-minute session after $450 I am in place before you are, out of sight, for the moment itself — then a short session together straight afterwards while it is still sinking in. The fee comes off your wedding collection if you book one.

Add-ons

A second photographer

Two angles on the same moment: your faces at the altar while the aisle is also covered, the toast while the room reacts to it. They shoot alongside me all day and their photographs arrive in your gallery with mine, edited the same way.

+$450

Unedited video — ceremony, first dances and speeches

A camera on a tripod recording straight through, with a microphone at the altar so you can actually hear your vows. You get the raw files exactly as they came off the card — no cuts, no music, no colour work. It is there so you can hear the day again, not to replace a videographer.

+$495

Recap reel — 60 to 90 seconds, vertical

A short vertical cut of the day set to licensed music, built for your phone and for sending to everyone who could not be there. It arrives with your gallery.

+$395

An extra hour, added on the day

If the party is still going and you want me to stay, we add an hour right there. Decided on the night, billed afterwards, never a surprise on the invoice.

+$195

Engagement session, 90 minutes

Ninety minutes of just the two of you somewhere that suits you, months before the wedding. It is the easiest way to get comfortable in front of my camera before the day that actually counts — and you end up with photographs for save-the-dates.

+$350

Two albums for your parents, one for each side

Smaller copies of your album, laid out from the same design, so both sides of the family have the day on a shelf instead of on a phone. The pair costs less than two on their own because the design is already done.

+$375

Albums

Optional, and separate from your gallery — your photographs are yours either way. If you want one in your hands, these are the three I make.

The Standard Album

A small, well-made book you can leave on a table and actually pick up. Linen cover, thick pages that lie flat, and your names stamped on the front if you want them.

  • 10 by 10 inches
  • Linen or leather cover
  • Layflat pages that open completely
  • 20 pages included, more by quote
  • Foil-stamped names on the cover or spine, in gold or silver

$235

The Heirloom Album

The one you hand to someone. Bigger, heavier, and built so a single photograph can run clean across the whole spread with nothing interrupting it in the middle.

  • 10 by 10 inches, or larger
  • Board-mounted layflat pages
  • Linen or leather cover
  • 20 pages included, added two at a time beyond that
  • Foil-stamped names and date, if you want them
  • Panoramic spreads, laid out around your photographs

$320

The Archive Album

Twelve inches square and forty pages — room for the whole day rather than the highlights of it. This is the one that outlives the hard drive, and the one I spend real time laying out, so its price carries that time as well as the printing.

  • 12 by 12 inches
  • 40 pages — twice the Heirloom
  • Board-mounted layflat pages, so a photograph crosses the spread uninterrupted
  • Linen or leather, with foil-stamped names
  • Laid out by me, with a round of changes before it prints

$775

The first two are close to what the printer charges me — I am not trying to make money on albums. The Archive is forty pages and takes me a day to lay out, so that one carries my time as well as the printing. Longer or larger than these I will quote once we have chosen the photographs.
